ABOUT

Hey there! My name is Dennis Truesdale; I was born in 1976 in Agawam, Massachusetts. I was an engineer before I made an unexpected but highly relished career change.

So often in life, you'll get caught up in the vicious cycle of a career, commute, and all the things that come with it. You go to school, get a degree, a job, and your life is pretty much set in this way. It took time to realize that this wasn't how I wanted to live my life. What about my hobbies, the things I truly enjoyed? Once you get bogged down in the everyday routine, you start to realize how little you engage in the things that make life great.

As men, we all have common areas where we want to have success and improve: dating, tech, fitness, cars, and more. I began writing to help give the other guys the confidence I lacked for so many years to pursue my dreams and accomplish my life's goals – you know, the ones that exist outside of a cubicle or in front of a desk. That's where Men's Lifestyle Today comes in.

From helping you understand how to be more successful in dating women to how to get better results with morning cardio, Men's Lifestyle Today is here to help you become a more confident, empowered man. Life has so much to offer. And the pursuit of knowledge truly is the best habit you can practice towards attaining some of this potential!

Best regards,

Dennis Truesdale

Hello! I'm Charles Claire. I was born in 1985 and am a resident of Sacramento, California. I'm originally from Los Angeles and am a graduate of California State University, Sacramento. I'm the kind of guy who mostly lives with his head in the clouds, always dreaming of new possibilities in life.

I teamed up with Dennis to create Men's Lifestyle Today with a specific goal in mind: helping every man thrive. The potential of a resource such as this – to touch the lives of guys, like you and me, everywhere – is just too great to pass up. Pouring my time into creating content that helps you succeed has become a joy!

There's so much to learn, and if there's a piece of advice I could give, it would be to remember that you have time, so much time. Life is about learning, and once you start, you never want to stop. Men's Lifestyle Today will teach you about more than nifty cars and the right tools for that job you've been putting off around the house. Our goal is to show you how to adopt the mindset that will have you always striving for more, always looking to get better and do better. That's the true essence of being a man.

Warm wishes,

Charles Claire
